David Kozlowski is a licensed family therapist and has run support groups for youth and families for over 23 years. David is now running his support groups online, making it more convenient to access his skills and techniques for coping with and managing personality disorder/highly emotional relationships.

These calls, hosted on zoom, will provide the opportunity to surround, connect, and support yourself and others in the group. David will also provide relationship tools and strategies for managing these challenging relationships. You will have the choice to join via video or audio, depending on what is more comfortable for you.

We understand that during these difficult times of being quarantined, it may be extra challenging to be in such constant proximity with these loved ones. David hopes to be able to assist in providing both encouragement and relief and to remind this community that they are not alone. Many of us are in tight quarters with our loved ones, and may we suggest finding a private spot such as a car or room with headphones to keep the conversation private.
